The Stones Cry Out

The Stones Cry Out:

“And he answered and said unto them, I tell you that, if these should hold their
peace, the stones would immediately cry out.” Luke 19:40

“Therefore whosoever heareth these sayings of mine, and doeth them, I will
liken him unto a wise man, which built his house upon a rock.

And the rain descended, and the floods came, and the winds blew, and beat upon
that house; and it fell not: for it was founded upon a rock.

And every one that heareth these saying of mine, and doeth them not, shall be likened
unto a foolish man, which built his  house upon the sand.

And the rain descended, and the floods came, and the winds blew, and beat upon that
house; and it fell: and great was the fall of it.” Matthew 7:24-27

according unto the multitude of thy tender mercies blot out my

thy sight: that thou mightest be justified when thou speakest,

conceive me.

6.   Behold, thou desirest truth in the inward parts: and in the

Titus 2

1 But speak thou the things which become sound doctrine:

2 That the aged men be sober, grave, temperate, sound in faith, in charity, in patience.

3 The aged women likewise, that they be in behaviour as becometh holiness, not false accusers, not given to much wine, teachers of good things;

4 That they may teach the young women to be sober, to love their husbands, to love their children,

5 To be discreet, chaste, keepers at home, good, obedient to their own husbands, that the word of God be not blasphemed.

6 Young men likewise exhort to be sober minded.

7 In all things shewing thyself a pattern of good works: in doctrine shewing uncorruptness, gravity, sincerity,

8 Sound speech, that cannot be condemned; that he that is of the contrary part may be ashamed, having no evil thing to say of you.

9 Exhort servants to be obedient unto their own masters, and to please them well in all things; not answering again;

10 Not purloining, but shewing all good fidelity; that they may adorn the doctrine of God our Saviour in all things.

11 For the grace of God that bringeth salvation hath appeared to all men,

12 Teaching us that, denying ungodliness and worldly lusts, we should live soberly, righteously, and godly, in this present world;

13 Looking for that blessed hope, and the glorious appearing of the great God and our Saviour Jesus Christ;

14 Who gave himself for us, that he might redeem us from all iniquity, and purify unto himself a peculiar people, zealous of good works.

15 These things speak, and exhort, and rebuke with all authority. Let no man despise thee.

King James Version (KJV)

The Holy Spirit in the Old Testament (kjv)

Genesis 1:1-2

In the beginning God created the heaven and the earth.

2. And the earth was without form, and void; and darkness was upon
the face of the deep. And the Spirit of God moved upon the face of the waters.

Exodus 31:1-5

And the LORD spake unto Moses, saying,
2. See, I have called by name Bezaleel the son of Uri, the son of Hur, of the
tribe of Judah:
3. And I have filled him with the spirit of God, in wisdom, and in understanding,
and in the knowledge, and in all manner of workmanship,
4. To divise cunning works, to work in gold, and in silver, and in brass,
5. And in cutting of stones, to set them, and in carving of timber, to work in all
manner of workmanship.

Numbers 24:2

And Balaam lifted up his eyes, and he saw Israel abiding in his tents according to
their tribes; and the spirit of God came upon him.

Judges 6:34

But the Spirit of the LORD came unto Gideon, and he blew a trumpet; and
Abiezer was gathered after him.

1 Kings 18:12

And it shall come to pass, as soon as I am gone from thee, that the spirit of the
LORD shall carry thee whither I know not; and so when I come and tell Ahab,
and he cannot find thee, hew shall slay me: but I thy servant fear the LORD
from my youth.

1 Chronicles 28:11-12

Then David gave to Solomon his son the pattern of the porch, and of the houses
thereof, and of the treasuries thereof, and of the upper chambers thereof, and of
place of the mercy seat,

And the pattern of all that he had by the spirit, of the courts of the house of the
LORD, and of all the chambers round about, of the treasuries of the house of God,
and of the treasuries of the dedicated things.

Psalm 104:30

Thou sendest forth thy spirit, they are created: and thou renewest the face of the
earth.

1 Chronicles 28:11-12, 19

Romans 8 kjv

  1.  There is therefore now no condemnation to them which are in Christ Jesus, who walk not after the flesh, but after the Spirit.
  2. For the law of the Spirit of life in Christ Jesus hath made me free from the law of sin and death.
  3. For what the law could not do, in that it was weak through the flesh, God sending his own Son in the likeness of
sinful flesh and for sin, condemned sin in the flesh.
  4. That the righteousness of the law might be fulfilled in us, who walk not after the flesh, but after the Spirit.
  5. For they that are after the flesh do mind the things of the flesh; but they that are after the Spirit, the things of the Spirit.
  6. For to be carnally minded is death: but to be spiritually minded is life and peace.
  7. Because the carnal mind is enmity against God: for it is not subject to the law of God, neither indeed can be.
  8. So then they that are in the flesh cannot please God.
  9. But ye are not in the flesh, but in the Spirit, if so be that the  Spirit of God dwell in you.  Now if any man have not the
Spirit of Christ, he is none of his.
  10. And if Christ be in you, the body is dead because of sin; but the Spirit is life because of righteousness.
  11. But if the Spirit of him that raised up Jesus from the dead dwell in you, he that raised up Christ from the dead shall also quicken your mortal bodies by his Spirit that dwelleth in you.
  12. Therefore, brethren, we are debtors, not to the flesh, to live after the flesh.
  13. For if ye live after the flesh, ye shall die: but if ye  through the Spirit do mortify the deeds of the body, ye shall live.
  14. For as many as are led by the Spirit of God, they are the sons of God.
  15. For ye have not received the Spirit of bondage again to fear; but ye have received the Spirit of adoption, whereby we cry, Abba, Father.
  16. The Spirit itself beareth witness with our spirit, that we are the children of God:
  17. And if children, then heirs; heirs of God, and joint-heirs with Christ; if so be that we suffer with him, that we may be
    also glorified together.
  18. For I reckon that the sufferings of this present time are not worthy to be compared with the glory which shall be revealed in us.
  19. For the earnest expectation of the creature waiteth for the manifestation of the sons of God.
  20. For the creature was made subject to vanity, not willingly, but by reason of him who hath subjected the same in  hope.
  21. Because the creature itself also shall be delivered from the bondage of corruption into the glorious liberty of the children of God.
  22. For we know that the whole creation groaneth and travaileth in pain together until now.
  23. And not only they, but ourselves also, which have the firstfruits of the Spirit, even we ourselves groan within ourselves, waiting for the adoption, to wit, the redemption of our body.
  24. For we are saved by hope: but hope that is seen is not hope: for what a man seeth, why doth he yet hope for?
  25. But if we hope for that we see not, then do we with patience wait for it.
  26. Likewise the Spirit also helpeth our infirmities: for we know not what we should pray for as we ought: but the Spirit itself maketh intercession for us with groanings which cannot be uttered.
  27. And he that searcheth the hearts knoweth what is in the mind of the Spirit, because he maketh intercession for the saints according to the will of God.
  28. And we know that all things work together for good to them that love God, to them who are the called according to his purpose.
  29. For whom he did foreknow, he also did predestinate to be conformed to the image of his Son, that he might be the firstborn among many brethren.
  30. Moreover whom he did predestinate, them he also called: and whom he called, them he also justified: and whom he justified, them he also glorified.
  31. What shall we then say to these things? If God be for us, who can be against us?
  32. He that spared not his own Son, but delivered him up for us all, how shall he not with him also freely give us all things?
  33. Who shall lay any thing to the charge of God’s elect? It is God that justifieth.
  34. Who is he that condemneth?  It is Christ that died, yea rather, that is risen again, who is even at the right  hand of God, who also maketh intercession for us.
  35. Who shall separate us from the love of Christ? shall tribulation, or distress, or persecution, or famine, or nakedness, or peril, or sword?
  36. As it is written, For thy sake we are killed all the day long; we are accounted as sheep for the slaughter.
  37. Nay, in all these things we are more than conquerors through him that loved us.
  38. For I am persuaded, that neither death, nor life, nor angels, nor principalities, nor powers, nor things present, nor things to come,
  39. Nor heights, nor depth, nor any other creature, shall be able to separate us from the love of God, which is in Christ Jesus our Lord.

JOB 28

  1.  Surely there is a vein for silver, and a place for gold where they fine it.
  2.  Iron is taken out of the earth, and brass is molten out of the stone.
  3.  He setteth an end to darkness, and searcheth out all perfection: the stones of darkness
    and the shadow of death.
  4.  The flood breaketh out from the inhabitant; even the waters forgotten of the foot: they are dried up,
they are gone away from men.
  5.   As for the earth, out of it cometh bread: and under it is turned up as it were fire.
  6.   The stones of it are the place of sapphires: and it hath dust of gold.
  7.   There is a path which no fowl knoweth, and which the vulture’s eye hath not seen:
  8.   The lion’s whelps have not trodden it, nor the fierce lion passed by it.
  9.   He putteth forth his hand upon the rock; he overturneth the mountains by the roots.
  10.   He cutteth out rivers among the rocks; and his eye seeth every precious thing.
  11.   He bindeth the floods from overflowing; and the thing that is his bringeth he forth to light.
  12.   But where shall wisdom be found? and where is the place of understanding?
  13.   Man knoweth not the price thereof;neither is it found in the land of the living.
  14.   The depth saith, It is not in me: and the sea saith, It is not with me.
  15.   It cannot be gotten for gold, neither shall silver be weighed for the price thereof.
  16.   It cannot valued with the gold of Ophir, with the precious onyx, or the sapphire.
  17.   The gold and the crystal cannot equal it: and the exchange of it shall not be for jewels of fine gold.
  18.   No mention shall be made of coral, or of pearls: for the price of wisdom is above rubies.
  19.   The topaz of Ethiopia shall not equal it, neither shall it be valued with pure gold.
  20.   Whence then cometh wisdom? and where is the place of understanding?
  21.   Seeing it is hid from the eyes of all living, and kept close from the fowls of the air.
  22.   Destruction and death say, We have heard the fame thereof with our ears.
  23.  God understandeth the way thereof, and he knoweth the place thereof.
  24.   For he looketh to the ends of the earth, and seeth under the whole heaven;
  25.   To make the weight for the winds; and he weigheth the waters by measure.
  26.   When he made a decree for the rain, and a way for the lightning of the thunder:
  27.   Then did he see it, and declare it; he prepared it, yea, and searched it out.
  28.   And unto man he said, Behold, the fear of the Lord, that is wisdom; and to depart from evil
    is understanding.
